You Don't Have to Live with a Pain in the Derrière!
This Yoga postures to help hemorrhoids is definitely not for everyone. I strongly do not recommend these techniques unless you are flexible, agile and mostly believe in mind over matter.
You also need to be very healthy before performing such exercises, hence a professional should be consulted before exercising.
The concept behind yoga to help for hemorrhoids is to make your stale or stagnant blood found in the hemorrhoid to flow to the heart, so that it can be purified. Thus your hemorrhoids will go away.
In order for the blood to flow to the heart, the yoga exercises for hemorrhoids will all be upside down exercises.
The following three exercises are some of the more popular exercises for hemorrhoids.
Candle pose is when you are flat on your back with hands by your side. Now slowly raise legs vertically together. Now carry on by raising your spine in the same vertical position.
Only your shoulders and arms should still touch the floor. Hold this pose for about 20 seconds. And Relax. To be repeated 5 times.
Head Stand Pose is literally standing on your head balancing yourself with your hands behind your head. Stay in this position for 20 seconds.
To be repeated once only, but a few hours later.
N.B.Do put some soft cushion for your head.
Fish Pose is flat on your back, with hands by your side. Bend knees. Now raise your chest as high as you can with the help of your hands, legs and head.
Stay in this position for 20 seconds. And Relax. Repeat 5 times.
With the above exercises, breathing exercise is very important.
Personally I have never done yoga postures to help hemorrhoids, as I am not a yoga type of guy and probably would break my neck attempting it.
I do personally know people that have cured hemorrhoids, so it does work. My theory though is that if there is an easy method to cure hemorrhoids why go for the complicated one.
